Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Conditioner Review!
Hey beautiful! Today I’m going to review one of the best onion shampoos in India. Read on Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Hair Conditioner review.
Post hair wash conditioning is probably the most important and often overlooked step for the majority of people. Washing hair removes the scalp’s natural oil and dries hair by opening cuticles.
During conditioning, the cuticles are again laid flat, which makes hair more manageable and easy to comb. It is important to pair a good shampoo with an equally good conditioner to provide the most benefit to hair.
Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Hair Conditioner promises to make hair soft, smooth. It also claims to detangle hair and free from chemicals.
This conditioner is touted to be suitable for all hair types, including colored and chemically treated.
Silicone Free Conditioner Makes Hair Soft & Smooth Detangles Hair
Dermatologically tested. Free from harmful chemicals. Suitable for colored and treated hair
Similar to Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Hair shampoo, the conditioner also comes in a white, opaque bottle with a pump nozzle. The front of the bottle contains name and feature ingredients, and product details are published at the back.
Just as in the shampoo bottle, once opened, it is difficult to close the conditioner bottle too. The pump in this bottle, thought hygienic, is very inconvenient. It cannot be closed without causing wastage.
The pump nozzle controls the amount of conditioner dispensed. For my above shoulder hair, I take around 3-4 nozzled to ensure every strand is covered.
Purified Water, Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glycerin, Isoamyl Laurate, Polyglyceryl-3 Betainate Acetate, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Allium Cepa (Onion) Bulb Extract, Hydrolyzed Pea Protein, Digitata Extract, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Cetyl-PG Hydroxyethyl Palmitamide, Ceramide 1, Ceramide 2, Ceramide 3, Ceramide 4, Ceramide 6, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract (Aloe Vera), Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Citric Acid, Citrus Aurantium (Neroli) Oil, Phenoxyethanol and Ethylhexylglycerin, Grapefruit (Citrus x Paradisi) Oil
How to use
The back of the bottle contains the directions to use the product.
3-4 pumps of conditioner is more than enough for my short, parched hair. I spread it from mid-length to the ends, ensuring maximum coverage to get the most benefits. I then take an extra pump and specifically focus on ends as these are the oldest part of hair and require an extra TLC.
Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Hair Conditioner Details
Price: 450 INR but generally available at lower price on Amazon as well as Flipkart
Quantity: 300 ml
Appearance: Creamy white with medium consistency
Fragrance: It has a coconut-y smell. The smell is not overpowering and faints during the day.
Leak-proof: The bottle is not leak-proof since the pump can’t be closed properly
Travel-friendly: The 300 ml bottle is value for money but it is too big to keep in a bag while travelling. I would suggest to keep some small quantity in a leak-proof bottle for travel.
My review of Little Extra Coco Onion Natural Conditioner
The conditioner spreads easily on the hair, and while spreading, it gives the silky feeling. Being short on time, I apply conditioner only for 2-3 minutes and then rinse it off. It doesn’t take a lot of time or water to rinse the entire product. The best part, it does not leave behind a sticky or oily feeling.
- Silicone and paraben-free conditioner
- Makes hair smooth
- Detangles hair to a good extent
- The effect stays for almost 3 days
- Controls hair fall
- Refreshing and subtle smell, not at all overbearing on nose
- Easy to wash and does not cause any build-up
- Does not weigh down hair
- Packaging could have been better as it is difficult to close the bottle after opening it
I will recommend this conditioner to people suffering from hair fall, dry hair or just want to explore a gentle product.
This range has worked well for my hair and this conditioner would remain in my hair kit for some time.
